About Sorry Bob
Sorry Bob puts you in the scrubs of a would-be surgeon with deliberately awkward controls. Each finger moves on its own, tools wobble on the tray, and “steady hands” are pure fantasy. Your job is still serious: complete procedures, limit mistakes, and keep the patient stable while the clock ticks down.

It is part operation fantasy, part skill challenge, and part slapstick—every small slip can turn a routine cut into chaos. New missions unlock as you survive, ramping up difficulty and testing whether you can finally tame that virtual hand.
How to Play
- Mouse: Move the surgeon’s hand around the operating area.
- Left-click: Lower the hand toward tools and the patient.
- Right-click: Rotate the wrist to line up awkward grabs.
- Keyboard (Space / A / W / E / R): Control individual fingers to open, close, and grip.
Core Objectives
- Read the mission goal before you touch anything—know what “success” means for that operation.
- Pick up scalpels, saws, hammers, syringes, and other props with care; rushing usually costs health.
- Keep blood loss under control by avoiding unnecessary cuts and using healing items when the game allows.
- Finish the procedure in time while the patient’s vitals stay in a safe range.
Tips
- Practice finger rhythm: Gripping a tool cleanly is harder than moving the whole hand—warm up on simple grabs.
- Small motions win: Micro-adjustments beat big swings when you are millimeters from disaster.
- Watch the patient meter: If you are only one slip from failure, slow down and plan the next move.
- Learn each tool’s reach: Some instruments need more wrist rotation than others to align properly.
Think you can save Bob and walk away with a clear conscience? Scrub in, take a breath, and try not to apologize too often.
